3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when opening an account at bb344. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being suspended or closed and funds being seized.

  • A valid and active email address must be provided.
  • The password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of numbers and letters.
  • The user is solely responsible for keeping their account secure.

3.2 Account Security

Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Allowing others to use your account is a violation of these Terms. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify bb344 support immediately.

3.3 Account Funds

No interest applies to funds held in the account. Deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods are not permitted — all transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are accepted for depositing and withdrawing funds at bb344: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks).

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (all methods).
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Withdrawal requests may not be processed if identity verification has not been completed. Please respond promptly to any verification requests.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same. If a different method is required due to a technical reason, please contact the support team. Ensure that bonus wagering requirements are met before requesting a withdrawal.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

In the event of any fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious financial transaction, bb344 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and notify the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bb344's welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus — on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Please note: Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each person may receive a welcome bonus only once.
  • Collecting bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Attempting to deposit and immediately withdraw for the purpose of claiming a bonus will be treated as bonus abuse.
  • bb344 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Each promotion may have its own specific terms; in such cases, those specific terms will apply.

5.4 VIP Program

bb344's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). You can advance to a higher tier through regular active play. Cashback for each tier is determined on a weekly basis.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

bb344 offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following rules must be followed when placing bets:

  • A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • bb344 reserves the right to cancel bets that were incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.
  • bb344 reserves the right to investigate unusual or suspicious betting patterns and to hold payouts pending review.

6.2 Result Determination

bb344 follows recognised and reliable sources when determining event results. In the case of any disputed result, bb344's decision will be considered final. If an event is postponed or cancelled, specific rules will apply to the relevant bets, which the support team will explain if needed.

6.3 Match Fixing & Fraud

If evidence is found of betting linked to sports fraud, match fixing, or score manipulation, bb344 will immediately close the account and notify the relevant authorities.

7 Fair Play & Security

bb344 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure.

  • Using any bot, automated software, or artificial intelligence for betting or gaming is strictly prohibited.
  • Collusive betting or ring games are not acceptable under any circumstances.
  • Any form of account hacking, phishing, or fraudulent activity will be subject to immediate legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

bb344 bears no liability in the following circumstances:

  • Loss to the user due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
  • Issues with the user's own device or software.
  • Failure of third-party service providers (payment gateway outages, etc.).
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, cyberattacks).

12 Changes and Amendments
